Refund & Returns Policy

If you have decided not to keep an item and wish to return it, please contact us, and ensure the product is in a new and unused condition together with the product’s original, undamaged, packaging and labeling, within 30 days.

Please Email us at sales@slightlydamaged.co.uk to let us know if you wish to return something.

We will then contact you to organise collection of the product, at your expense, or you can organise your own method of transport to return the product.

Upon receipt of the goods at our warehouse, and once inspected, we will arrange a credit to either your card or Paypal, depending upon how the item was purchased.

We regret to inform you that we cannot be held responsible for returned goods that become lost in transit. We therefore strongly recommend that you use a recorded/insured delivery service and keep a record of this if you are returning the products yoursleves.

If you simply do not like your purchase, you will need to return the item at your own expense, and the item must be in a new and unused state. If the item you have received is wrong or faulty, any delivery charges will be reimbursed.
